Dang! I never thought I’d do 1,000 of anything. One thousand nights of writing in bed every night. There were a handful of dummy posts, when I just posted a meme or animated gif when I missed a day. A majority of posts are just filler, nothing important, just writing because I had to. The most important posts were the ones where I posted pictures of drawings, or what I worked on that day, or upcoming events. Now that I’ve reached a thousand I might not continue this challenge of posting a new blog post everyday. We’ll see. And to whoever reads this shit… Cheers!
I'm out of town tonight thru Sunday. Not gonna be posting much during that time so... chip, chip, cheerio!
I spent about 3 hours before bed trying to come up with something to draw related to this trip. I said fuck it and just drew O’ahu shaped like O’ahu.
Trump supporters stormed the United States Capitol Building today and I've been watching news and videos all day. I hope there are serious repercussions from all this but I really doubt it.
No artsy fartsiness of any kind. Just coffee, food, laundry, and movies. I watched Karate Kid 3 (I’m rewatching all the movies before the new season of Cobra Kai drops) and X-Men: Dark Phoenix. I think I liked KK3 better.
Besides watching some YouTube videos on how to light an artist workspace I got nothing artsy fartsy or businessy to report today. I did check off a few things from my To-Do list which was nice.
Aside from going to Target & Hope Depot, sanitizing everything I brought home, then going for a short run, I didn't really do shit today.
But I made a little bit of progress on the store. FYI: the website I'm working on is not FRANKIEMCFLY.COM. It's a dummy site that I'm learning to use before moving my domain name over.
I drank a shit-ton of caffeine, stretched, worked out, went out for a walk, ran a bit, cooked dinner, shaved and trimmed my beard.
I cleaned the fuck outta my room today. Dusted, vacuumed, wiped, decluttered, & consolidated a bunch of shit. That is all.
I DJ'd an outdoor wedding reception at a private residence on Saturday. It was my first event since the Covid-19 shelter-in-place order started in March. We took precautions to minimize spreading germs:
I forgot to write 2 blog posts this weekend, for Friday and Saturday, so I'm making these filler posts to make up for them instead of just a single post for Sunday night.
Friday, I was up late prepping music & notes for my event on Saturday and I forgot to post. |
